1. Incoming Material Inspection
Materials and components are reviewed before they enter production. Our inspection process is applied according to the product specification, order requirements, and internal inspection standards.
- Check fabric, non-woven, cotton, jute, woven, laminated, and other packaging materials for appearance, color, texture, and general consistency.
- Review material dimensions, thickness, strength, and construction where these characteristics are relevant to the product.
- Inspect drawstrings, handles, zippers, closures, labels, printing materials, and other accessories for suitability and workmanship.
- Check nylon cable ties, stainless steel cable ties, and wiring accessories for visible defects, correct specifications, and functional requirements.
- Confirm incoming materials against approved samples, technical details, and customer-specific requirements when applicable.
2. In-Process Quality Control
Quality checks are carried out during cutting, sewing, forming, printing, lamination, assembly, and finishing. Production teams monitor key operations to help maintain stable quality throughout an order.
- Verify dimensions, cutting accuracy, seams, edges, handles, drawstrings, and closure placement during production.
- Monitor printing position, logo clarity, color appearance, and pattern alignment for printed and custom logo packaging bags.
- Review lamination, bonding, folding, and other finishing processes according to product requirements.
- Check workmanship for loose threads, skipped stitches, uneven edges, stains, wrinkles, and other visible issues.
- Use production samples and inspection records to support consistency between approved requirements and finished output.
3. Finished Product Inspection
Before products are released for packing, finished goods are inspected for appearance, construction, dimensions, and practical function. The inspection scope is adjusted to the product type and agreed specifications.
- Check overall appearance, color, cleanliness, shape, and material consistency.
- Verify bag length, width, gusset, opening, handle, drawstring, closure, and other dimensions as required.
- Inspect seams, stitching, edge finishing, bonding, and reinforcement for secure and consistent workmanship.
- Review logo printing, artwork, text, labels, and packaging details against approved files or samples.
- Evaluate relevant functional characteristics, such as opening and closing performance, load suitability, tie engagement, and assembly condition.
4. Packaging and Pre-Shipment Check
Packaging and shipment preparation are checked carefully to help protect products during handling and transportation. Before dispatch, we review the order details and confirm that the shipment is prepared according to customer instructions.
- Confirm product quantity, assortment, size, color, and packing method.
- Check inner and outer packaging for cleanliness, protection, strength, and suitability for international shipment.
- Review carton marks, labels, product information, and shipping instructions where applicable.
- Inspect cartons and protective materials for visible damage, moisture concerns, or improper sealing.
- Complete a final order review to help ensure that the packed goods correspond with the approved specifications.
5. Feedback and Continuous Improvement
Quality management continues after inspection and shipment preparation. Customer feedback, internal inspection findings, and production observations are reviewed to identify possible causes and improvement opportunities.
When an issue is identified, the responsible teams assess the product requirements, production conditions, materials, and inspection records. Corrective actions may include process adjustment, additional operator guidance, material review, sample confirmation, or strengthened inspection points. This practical approach helps Rensino Textile Packaging Co., Ltd. improve consistency and respond effectively to changing customer requirements.
